Thank you for reaching out for support.   At Healthy Focus, we work collaboratively with individuals and families to help them discover new and creative ways to feel more inner peace and joy, reach their full potential, and live the life they envision. We support clients as they tell their story, heal and explore ways to build upon their strengths, enhance their coping skills, and and create peace and happiness within. Our therapeutic services are exclusively online and offered to individuals and families located throughout California.

In addition to therapy, we have a passion for supporting professionals and offer therapist consultation, continuing education, and PCIT and PC-CARE Training.

With gratitude,
