Mindful Moms Workshops

 

During these unprecedented times, it can be incredibly difficult to manage our stress and juggle the new demands we face as mothers. Our Online Mindful Moms Workshops offer a safe space to connect, share with other mothers, and know you are not alone.   Through mindfulness, we focus on ways to practice compassion for ourselves and our children and to cope better with the new challenges we face.
